The ground floor bar designed in a modern contemporary Shanghai feel is relaxing in style with sumptuous leather sofas and suede casual seating. The bar serves a delicious Asian style bar menu of Dim Sum, Oriental Tapas, Noodles, Salads and a Special Set Lunch Menu, which are complimented by an inventive drinks menu, stylish cocktails and world beers. Try the Oriental Martini special: fresh root ginger muddled with homemade coriander syrup and shaken with a double shot of vodka. Chilled out sounds with Live music on Thursdays.

The Skyline lounge provides a choice of casual bar dining during the day and table service lounge bar in the evening all served against a backdrop of sumptuous suede & Chinese silk banquet seating and of course the Hong Kong Skyline.

The bar is open Sun-Tues 12pm-11pm,
Weds-Thurs 12pm-12am, and
Fri-Sat 12pm-1am with last entry at 12am.

Itchy Nottingham Review
You wouldn't necessarily expect to find something as, well, cool, this far out in what the city dwellers like to call the suburbs. But here is The Pearl in all its modern glory pulling in the punters with its buzzy crowd of laid-back trendies enjoying a more low-key night with a top bar menu or throwing a funky party in the private function room. Sunday finds everyone a bit more subdued and healing their hangovers with the excellent buffet in the restaurant. Well-placed away from the grief in town and well worth making the effort for.
