When planning a Chinese meal, the secret of success lies in choosing dishes that complement each other, yet provide contrast in texture, flavour and colour. Selecting dishes prepared by different cooking methods is also important for variety. A general meal should consist of a starter followed by a main course, which includes a meat, fish and vegetable dish accompanied with rice.

The Chinese believe eating good food is one of life’s pleasures and should be a communal affair, and dishes should ideally be shared. When ordering for more people increase the number and variety of dishes as described above rather than the quantity of each dish. The more variety – the more successful the meal!

If you would like help in selecting your meal, please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff. They will be happy to guide you through the menu.

If there is something that you would like that is not on the menu, please ask – we will be happy to accommodate your palette where possible.

Because our food is freshly prepared, there may be a slight delay during busy periods. Please bear with us.
